About GaylordOrg
Keeping Gaylord boxes in service, coast to coast
GaylordOrg is a nationwide buyer, seller, and recycler of used Gaylord boxes and corrugated bulk bins. We connect facilities that have surplus boxes with facilities that need them, handle the grading and freight in between, and recycle what can no longer be reused.
What we do
Every day, plants receive resin, parts, and imports in Gaylord boxes that are used once and thrown away, while a few miles down the road another business pays full price for new ones. We close that loop. Our team sources surplus boxes from manufacturers, distribution centers, and recyclers, sorts them by grade and wall count, and delivers them to buyers by the pallet or truckload. Boxes that do not make the grade are recycled as OCC.
How we work
You get one specialist who handles quoting, scheduling, and follow-up. We quote delivered pricing so there are no freight surprises, confirm pickup and delivery windows against your dock hours, and reconcile counts and grades in writing. For plants with steady volume we set up standing programs with fixed pricing and trailer placement.
Recycler partner network
We work with independent corrugated recyclers and box dealers in every region to keep inventory close to our customers. If you operate a recycling facility or box yard and want to buy from or sell to our network, learn about becoming a partner.
