What we buy

We purchase used Gaylord boxes that are clean, dry, and structurally sound, including standard 48" x 40" boxes, octagons, lidded bins, and half Gaylords. Boxes that have been used once for dry goods, resin, parts, or textiles typically grade as A or B and command the best pricing. Boxes with heavy staining, wet damage, or missing flaps are graded as C or scrap and are handled through our recycling program.

The most common sellers are injection molders and compounders receiving resin, distribution centers receiving bulk imports, food and beverage plants, textile and apparel importers, and recyclers who accumulate boxes from their own customers.

How pricing works

Offers depend on grade, wall count, size, quantity, and how far the load travels to its next user. Full truckloads of Grade A heavy-wall boxes in an active market bring the highest prices. Mixed loads are priced by grade after inspection. We are transparent about the count and grade we receive, and pay by check or ACH on agreed terms.

To get an accurate offer quickly, send a couple of photos, an approximate count, the box size and wall count if known, and your dock hours and location.

Pickup logistics

Boxes should be knocked down flat and stacked on pallets, roughly 20 to 30 per pallet, and shrink-wrapped if possible. We dispatch a carrier to your dock, and drivers can usually load within 30 to 60 minutes. For high-volume plants we place trailers on site and swap them out on a schedule so boxes never pile up on your floor.

Common questions

How much will you pay for my Gaylord boxes?

Grade A heavy-wall boxes in truckload quantities typically bring the most, while mixed or lighter-wall loads bring less. Send photos, count, and location for a firm offer within one business hour.

Is there a minimum quantity to sell?

For freight pickups we generally need at least a few pallets, roughly 60 to 100 boxes. Smaller lots can often be picked up locally or combined with a recycling pickup.

Do I need to break the boxes down?

Yes. Boxes should be knocked down flat and stacked on pallets so they load efficiently. We can advise your team on the fastest way to stage them.

What if some of my boxes are damaged?

We grade on arrival. Reusable boxes are purchased, and damaged boxes are recycled as OCC on the same load so nothing goes back to your floor.

Can you set up a recurring program?

Absolutely. Many plants generate a steady stream of boxes. We set a standing price, place trailers or schedule pickups, and send a monthly reconciliation.
